Delivering the solution.. making it happen
This stage is all about delivery. Having established the vision of the outcome and developed the solution blueprint, the focus is now about making it real.
Depending upon the nature of the solution being implemented, the appropriate stakeholders, teams and resources will be engaged in order build, test and successfully embed the it, whether that be into the internal operation or exposing it to the external marketplace.
Every organisation has their own approach with regards to delivery and the level of liaison will be at the client’s discretion. Only when the client is satisfied and confident that everything is in place, will Northspark be assured that their work is complete. Ongoing review, monitoring and performance measurement may be part of the solution, which Northspark will also be pleased to assist with.
